Nine botanicals

Juniper, coriander, cardamom, bergamot, basil, mandarin, olive leaves, lemon and rosemary. In the finish, the citrus of the warm South — bergamot and tangerine — opens and closes with a magnificent freshness.

The distilled method

The alcohol is from distilled wheat and the botanicals are distilled separately, one by one. It is a super-premium gin at 40% ABV, with 0% sugar: every aroma stays clear and recognisable.

How to drink it

In a gin and tonic that lets the botanicals speak, with little garnish; or in the classics where the gin needs a Mediterranean character.
