Trieste has always been a bridge between Italy and Europe: a city of sea, trade and cultures. Here, in 1884, one of the great Italian stories of distilling began. Blu Lie comes from that heritage with a contemporary, international outlook.

Spring water from Val Rosandra, the karst gorge at the gates of Trieste, filtered for kilometres through limestone. With 100% Italian wheat and high-quality alcohol it gives life to an exceptional spirit, with 0.1% sugar.
