Amaro: how and when to drink it
More than an amaro, a liqueur for contemplation. Don Veneris is made for sweetness and delicacy, not for bitterness that attacks.
A delicate amaro
The anise is there, but it never leads: what leads is the chamomile, unique for its delicacy, and the elderflower, which makes it versatile in mixing too. Among the botanicals also coriander, fennel, angelica, bay, calamint, rosemary, bitter orange and sage.
Agricultural origin
At 24% ABV, it is distilled with alcohol of agricultural origin and close attention to the origin of the raw materials. Perfect at any temperature, it suits both social occasions and quiet moments.
How to drink it
Neat after dinner, at room temperature or lightly chilled; or in mixing, where chamomile and elderflower bring unexpected twists.
